Four ways to cover it

Where the pot pays, places are given to community groups first, then community-style businesses, and within that generally in the order groups applied. You'll be told where you are on the list. How the pot works.
Everything, for one flat price
There are no extras hiding behind the £20. A year of a community website is £240, which is useful to know if you are asking a council or a funder to help.

Fair for everyone

No contract
Groups and sponsors can stop at any time. Payments stop when you tell us.
Three months' grace
If a group's funding drops away, the site stays live for three months while we look for new support or talk to the group.
Bigger jobs are separate
Adding a whole new section is a separate conversation, so one large group does not use the time meant for many small ones.
Prices may be reviewed from time to time. Any change will be communicated in advance, and never applied to an arrangement already agreed.
