This form gathers everything needed to build your group's website. It takes about 15 minutes, and you can leave anything you are unsure about blank. Don't worry about perfect wording: write it in your own words and it will be polished up.

Six short pages
The form is split into six short pages with a progress bar. Here is what each one asks for.
1. Your group
Your group's name as you would like it to appear, your name and role, your email and phone number, the main contact for website updates, and how the website is being funded.
2. About your group
Who you are, what you do, your purpose, who it is for, where you meet, your timetable and any upcoming events. Write it as you would tell someone new to the group.
3. Contact details for the site
The public email address, phone number and address you would like shown, your social media links, and any website or domain name you already have.
4. Look and feel
Your logo and photos, brand colours, websites you like the look of, and the pages you would like: Home, About us, What we do, Events or news, Timetable or opening times, Gallery and Contact.
5. Photos, privacy and safeguarding
Whether photos of people will appear, whether you have permission to use them, and anything that should be known, for example a group for vulnerable adults or children's classes.
6. Anything else and submit
Deadlines, things you do not want on the site, sponsors or funders to credit, and your consent for the information to be stored so your site can be built.
A few things that help
Nothing here is complicated. It just keeps things smooth for everyone.

- Choose one main contact. Updates work in a weekly round: changes sent by the end of Tuesday are published Wednesday to Friday
- A logo as a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF is fine. If you do not have one, just say so on the form
- If your photos are too large to upload, email them to jake@jwcommunitywebsites.co.uk
- How the website is funded is confirmed with you, and you're told when to set up your monthly payment

Once you have sent the form, here is what to expect.
Send the form
Fill in as much as you can. Anything you leave blank will be followed up.
Details confirmed
Your answers are read and the details and funding confirmed with you. When your site is ready, you set up your monthly payment.
Your site is built
It's built from your answers, your logo and your photos, keeping the wording plain and friendly.
Live, then weekly updates
Your site goes live, and from then on you send one batch of changes a week.
Set up your monthly payment
Please set this up once you're told your site is ready to go live, because a subscription starts as soon as you sign up. Choose the amount agreed for your group. There is no contract, and you can stop at any time.
Card payments are taken on Stripe's secure page. You will get a receipt by email each month.
